U.S. & India
As President Bush embarks on a two-day trip to India, the number one item on the agenda is nuclear technology. Should the U.S. sell nuclear technology to India? The Carnegie Endowment's Senior Associate Ashley Tellis testified before the House Committee on International Relations to examine the implications of U.S.-India civilian nuclear cooperation, his testimony is presented on the Carnegie website in an article entitled The U.S.-India ''Global Partnership'': How Significant for American Interests?
