This is the official White House transcript of President Bush's speech to the U.N. General Assembly in which he appealed for international help for the Iraqi government, and urged the world body to address the humanitarian crisis in the Sudan and the scourge of AIDS in Africa.

What Bush Did Right on North Korea - NYT
Richard Allen defends the Bush administration policy on Korea, stating that events since 2002, when North Korea admitted it stood in violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, have vindicated the White House's skepticism and preference for multilateralism in response to North Korea's calls for talks on its nuclear capabilities.
