What Bush Did Right on North Korea - NYT
Richard Allen defends the Bush administration policy on Korea, stating that events since 2002, when North Korea admitted it stood in violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, have vindicated the White House's skepticism and preference for multilateralism in response to North Korea's calls for talks on its nuclear capabilities.
