U.S. & China
The American Diplomacy website has posted "China's Grand Strategy and U.S. Foreign Policy," an analytical article by Avery Goldstein, a professor of political science at the University of Pennsylvania. In it he describes "the combination of political, economic, and military means Beijing has adopted over the past decade to ensure the country's vital interests in a possibly dangerous world," and offers advice on how the United States should respond.
