Rice Rules
How is Condoleezza Rice doing as the new Secretary of State? Here is an update from the Salt Lake Tribune (Rice puts fingerprints on US foreign policy) to help answer that question. The report contrasts her advocacy and travel pace with that of her predecessor and suggests that she has the potential to become a great secretary of state.
