U.S. & The U.N.
This New York Times op-ed (Give the United Nations a Little Competition) takes up the question of the U.S. role in promoting reform at the United Nations. Ruth Wedgwood, a professor of international law and organizations at Johns Hopkins University, argues that if the United Nations can't reform on its own, America needs to support other multilateral venues.
