President Asks Bush and Clinton to Help Raise Funds for Tsunami Relief - White House

President Bush today announced an unprecedented effort to raise funds for the tsunami relief effort. This is a transcript of the news conference in which President Bush announced that the former presidents will lead a nationwide fund-raising campaign to help victims of the Asian disaster.
