In this question and answer session, Brian Lai, Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Iowa, takes a look at the roll of foreign policy in the election and the upcoming presidential debate. The first in a series ofdebates will be held this Thursday, Sept. 30th, at 9 PM EST in Coral Gables, Florida.
